The Municipal Charities of Stratford-upon-Avon administers a range of low cost, self-contained housing whose residents benefit from low level of support from our part-time Scheme Managers, with the added benefit of our emergency response Lifeline facility.

We welcome applications from individuals and couples who are looking for affordable one bedroom rented housing and wish to maintain an independent lifestyle.

Applicants should be at least 55, of limited financial means and a non-smoker. Residents pay a weekly maintenance contribution and weekly service charge both of which are eligible for full housing benefit.

Applicants should ideally reside within the town boundary of Stratford-upon-Avon although some properties are open to those from Stratford District or further afield. Application forms may be obtained from Jess Daly our Scheme Manager on 01789 293911 or you can download a form below.
